Update! 25 April 2026
The Mayor, City Council, Biloxi Main Street, and MDOT have officially passed a resolution designating the Biloxi DIY Skatepark as an official City of Biloxi park. This is the most significant milestone in the project’s history—one that unlocks major opportunities for state and federal grant funding and positions our community for long‑term growth.
Biloxi Main Street has generously stepped forward to support the park’s liability coverage, and—together with the Gulf Coast Skateparks Association—will continue managing and stewarding the space. Over the past year, our community has shown exceptional care for the park: keeping it clean, repairing features, removing graffiti, and creating a welcoming, family‑friendly culture that reflects the best of the Gulf Coast skateboarding community.
As we celebrate this achievement, we ask everyone to continue honoring the posted rules—and even more importantly, to respect each other, respect the park, and respect yourselves every time you roll into the Biloxi DIY Skatepark.
What comes next?
We have currently raised $14,000 toward the project. Our next major milestone is reaching $75,000 to fully fund the design phase—an essential step toward building the future Biloxi Skatepark.
To get there, here’s how you can help strengthen the momentum:
Write to your City Council representatives and the Mayor to express your support for the skatepark project.
Share updates and news about the skatepark on social media to grow awareness and community backing.
Contribute directly to the project by making a donation through our website if you’re able.
Every message, every share, every dollar, and every volunteer hour moves us closer to a world‑class skatepark that serves our youth, our families, and our entire region.
Update! 4 May 2025
Biloxi Skatepark Concept – Version 1 is HERE!
In January 2024, we kicked off a mission: to build your dream skatepark right here in Biloxi. We asked what you wanted—and YOU delivered with the ideas!
Now we’re thrilled to unveil the first official concept design for the Biloxi Skatepark!
Major Win for the Gulf Coast
We’ve teamed up with none other than Brad Siedlecki, the designer behind the iconic Slidell Skatepark! Brad and his crew at Pillar Design Studios / Pillar Skateparks stepped up in a HUGE way by donating this concept completely free of charge. That's right—what normally costs over $50,000 to develop was gifted to us to help grow skateboarding on the Gulf Coast. Massive respect and gratitude to Brad and the Pillar team!
Now it’s your turn – We need your feedback!
This is Version 1, and your voice is critical in shaping what comes next.
Tell us:
What’s fire?
What needs tweaking?
What would make this the perfect skatepark for Biloxi and you?
Drop your feedback, send this link to your crew, and let’s make this design the best it can be—for the skaters, by the skaters.
We’re beyond stoked to keep building momentum with this incredible community. Let’s make history together and bring Biloxi the world-class skatepark it deserves!
